These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services offered by RockySpin Casino (the “Casino”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through rockyspin.casino and related services, applications and pages, including but not limited to /app/, /bonuses/, /crypto-casino/, /live-casino/, /login/, /payment-methods/ and /sportsbook/. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games or otherwise using the Casino’s services you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional promotional or product-specific terms published by the Casino.

- Operator, License and Governing Law
- Operator. RockySpin Casino is operated by Terdersoft B.V., a company established under the laws of Curaçao, with registered address Emancipatie Boulevard Dominico F., “Don” Martina 31, Curaçao, registration code 164860.
- License. The Casino operates under Curaçao e‑Gaming license number 8048/JAZ. You may verify license details through the Curaçao licensing authority.
- Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Subject to the dispute resolution provisions in clause 20, the courts of Curaçao shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
- Eligibility and Account Registration
- Legal age. Only persons aged 18 years or older may register for an account and use the Casino. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that use of the Casino’s services is permitted in your jurisdiction.
- Restricted jurisdictions. Residents of jurisdictions in which online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or otherwise unlawful (as determined by applicable law) are not permitted to open accounts or use the services. We may refuse service to, or restrict access for, players from specific countries at our discretion and in compliance with applicable law.
- Single account. Each player may hold only one account unless otherwise approved in writing by the Casino. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and maintain that information while your account is active.
- Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- Verification (KYC), Documentation and Data Retention

- Documents. - Timing. We aim to process complete verification documentation within 24 hours, but processing times may be longer subject to volume or document quality.
- Retention. Personal data and verification documents are retained in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements; typically at least five (5) years following account closure to satisfy AML and regulatory obligations.

- Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

- Accepted methods. The Casino supports a broad range of payment methods including bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), e‑wallets (Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter and others), prepaid solutions and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Tether, Binance Coin, TRON and others). Availability of methods varies by jurisdiction.
- Minimums and limits. Unless otherwise stated at the cashier:
- Minimum deposit: generally €10 (or currency equivalent). Specific promotions may require a higher minimum deposit (for example welcome or bonus deposits often require €20 minimum — check the applicable promotion).
- Minimum withdrawal: €50 (or currency equivalent).
- Maximum withdrawals: €1,000 per day, €3,000 per week and €10,000 per calendar month (equivalent amounts in other currencies apply).
- Processing times.
- E‑wallets: typically processed within 24 hours after approval.
- Cryptocurrencies: typically processed same day subject to network confirmations and blockchain congestion.
- Bank cards and bank transfers: typically 1–5 business days after approval.
- Fees. The Casino does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Third‑party processors, banks and blockchain networks may charge fees independent of the Casino.
- Verification before withdrawal. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification, fraud checks, source of funds checks and compliance reviews. We may withhold or delay withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of any requested checks.
- Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering
- Promotional rules. All bonuses and promotions are governed by these Terms and by the specific Promotional Terms and Conditions applicable to each offer. Promotional Terms are published on /bonuses/ and at the point of offer. Promotional Terms prevail for that promotion.
- General wagering rules (unless varied in a promotion’s specific terms). In the absence of different advertised terms:
- Bonus funds: subject to 35× (thirty‑five times) wagering requirements on the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable cash.
- Free spin winnings: subject to 40× (forty times) wagering requirements on free spin winnings before withdrawal.
- Bonus validity: bonus offers and any wagering requirements must be completed within 7 days of credit unless otherwise stated.
- Minimum deposit to claim a bonus: typically €20 for welcome and certain promotions; check the relevant promotion.
- Maximum bet while wagering. During any period when wagering requirements are active you must not place single bets exceeding €5 or equivalent. Bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount will not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
- Game weightings. Different games contribute differently to wagering. Generally, slots contribute 100% to wagering, table and live games contribute a lower percentage (check the specific promotion for exact weightings).
- Bonus abuse. Any attempt to circumvent, manipulate or otherwise abuse bonuses, including use of multiple accounts, collusion, irregular play patterns, use of software or bots, or other fraudulent behavior, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, account suspension and potential closure.
- Promotional eligibility. Some promotions are targeted by geography, account status or VIP tier. Participation may require opting in, using a promotional code or meeting other conditions stated on /bonuses/.
- Changes. Promotional terms may change at any time. The Casino will publish any revised promotional terms at the promotional location and may notify affected players via email.
- Game Fairness, RTPs and Software Providers
- Randomness and fairness. All Casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or reputable live‑dealer systems. Games are provided by licensed and certified third‑party software providers. We employ industry testing and certification to ensure fair play.

- Underage play. If we determine a player is under the legal gambling age, the account will be suspended or closed and stakes and winnings handled in accordance with applicable law. We reserve the right to confiscate funds from underage accounts as required by law.

- Suspicion of fraud. We reserve the right to suspend, freeze or close accounts and withhold or reverse transactions where we suspect fraud, money laundering, misuse, chargeback abuse, bonus abuse or violation of these Terms.
- Payments Reversals, Chargebacks and Account Closure
- Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback against a payment used on your account, we will suspend your account pending investigation. If a chargeback is successful you forfeit any balance and outstanding wagers; you remain liable for any shortfall.
- Closure. The Casino may suspend, restrict or close accounts where required by law or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive conduct, multiple accounts, misuse, or breach of these Terms. Upon closure, outstanding bets are settled and remaining balance processed in accordance with applicable verification and legal requirements.
- Recovery of funds. We reserve the right to recover funds paid in error or found to be the result of fraud or other prohibited conduct by debiting your account or using legal remedies.
- Currency, Exchange and Limits
- Supported currencies. The Casino operates accounts in multiple currencies including EUR, USD, CAD, AUD and others. Foreign exchange rates applied by payment processors or the Casino may be used where you deposit or withdraw in a currency different to your account currency.
- Limits. The Casino may impose deposit, wagering or payout limits on your account at any time. VIP tiers may be eligible for higher limits as published by the Casino.

- Separate terms. Loyalty, VIP, cashback and rakeback programs are promotional services subject to their own Terms which may include different wagering rates, contribution weightings and withdrawal conditions. - Sportsbook and Special Markets

- Warranties, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- No warranties. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, the Casino provides services “as is” and “as available” and disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Casino, its officers, directors, partners, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the services. In any event, the Casino’s aggregate liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the total net amount of real money deposits actually made by you into the Casino account during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Force majeure. The Casino is not liable for failure to perform where such failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, network failures, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or failures of third‑party service providers).
- Audit, Compliance and Game Complaints
- Game disputes. If you dispute the outcome of a game, contact support immediately. We will review the game log, provider records and any relevant evidence. Game outcomes from certified RNGs and live game providers are final unless we determine a material error has occurred.
- Audits. The Casino may commission independent audits of RNGs, game providers or systems. Audit results and certification details may be published or made available where appropriate.
- Amendments
- Changes to Terms. The Casino may amend these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on the site and, where material, notified to registered players at the email address on file. Your continued use of the services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
- Promotional changes. Promotional offers, game availability, limits and payment partners may change without notice; however, the Casino will use reasonable commercial efforts to notify affected players of material changes.
- Disputes, Governing Law and Arbitration
- Informal resolution. You must initially attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting customer support.
- Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws to the contrary, the courts of Curaçao shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes and proceedings arising under these Terms.
- Severability, Entire Agreement and Waiver
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable it will be severed to the minimum extent required and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any Promotion Terms and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Casino in respect of the subject matter and supersede all prior agreements.
- Waiver. No failure or delay by the Casino to exercise any right shall operate as a waiver of that right.
- Miscellaneous
- Third‑party links. The site may contain links to third‑party websites, game providers and service vendors. We are not responsible for the content, services or practices of any third party.
- Multiple jurisdictions. If you access the platform from outside Curaçao, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local law.
